PCBL ANNUAL AWARDS FOR 2005

Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon,
Hershey Convention Center, Hershey PA

PCBL was founded in 1979 as a result of the first Governor’s Conference on Libraries in 1977. It is an organization of citizens who work to increase awareness of libraries, both in community and governmental bodies. In 1980 the organization began honoring outstanding contributions made by individuals, groups, government officials and the media to the advancement of Pennsylvania’s libraries.
