To Download A Presentation to your Computer
(If you have Windows 98 or Windows 95, see instructions below.)

1.  Click the link (above) for the Self-Running Presentation or the Click-to-Advance Presentation.

2.  When asked if you wish to open or save the presentation, choose Save.

3. Choose a location for your file.  You may want to place it in the My Documents Folder or the Desktop as it is easy to find the files in those locations.  You may place it in any folder you'd like - as long as you know where it is!

4.  Click the Save button and wait while the file downloads to your computer.

5.  To view the file, locate it on your computer and double click on it.  PowerPoint (or the Viewer program) will open to display the show.  Click the Slideshow Menu and choose View Show or click the F5 Key on the keyboard.

6.  The self-running presentation will play in an endless loop.  Right click to end the show.  The click-to-advance presentation requires that you click to move to the next slide.

1.  Right click on the link for the Self-Running Presentation or the Click-to-Advance Presentation.
2.  Left click on "Save Target As."
3.  Then follow the steps on the web site starting with Step 3.
